Zeenat Essop

Hello! I am Zeenat. I am a student counsellor and I hold a special place in my heart for providing my clients with a safe and sacred space to explore and embrace their true selves. I have obtained a Degree in psychology and an honours degree in psychology (cum laude). Thereafter, I furthered my career by working closely with various mental health practitioners in order to gain a holistic view into people and their unique world. My hope is to be registered as a Specialist Wellness Counsellor who provides my clients with the respect, honour and a non-judgemental space through which they can feel safe and work towards their best selves. Relationships and personal challenges can seem daunting, however entering into counselling could be the beginning of gaining insight into your heart, others around you and the difficulties you may face. My hope is to empower my clients on their quest to personal growth and living a fulfilling life.
