Muphulusi Makananisa

My name is Muphulusi Makananisa, I hold two degrees in Psychology; BA Psychology (Nelson Mandela University) and BA honours in Psychology (University of Venda).

I am passionate about mental health and creating inclusive safe spaces to hold for people of diverse backgrounds.

I am an outgoing person in nature, and I easily connect with people. I am kind, compassionate and empathetic. I believe these innate qualities grew and solidified my interest in pursuing psychology as a career.

I value the holistic development of individuals and families as well as enhancing the overall potential of individuals with a particular focus toward children and teenager counselling, adults’ survivors of childhood abuse, trauma counselling, crisis management, loss and grief interventions.
