My name is Octavia-Tamzon October. I have a bachelor’s degree in English and Psychology from the University of the Western Cape. I have a PGCE from the University of the Western Cape. I also have an Honours degree in APP Psychology from UNISA. I am a Specialist Wellness Counsellor registered with the ASCHP.

The service I offer is that of an online counselling experience to make it easy and accessible for all.

My main areas of focus is that of trauma counselling, loss and grief, adult individual counselling, relationship conflict and dealing with everyday life stressors.

Counselling is a safe space and a journey in which we navigate together.
