My name is Brenden.

I am a counselling intern for Humanitas and have a BA degree in Psychological Counselling, and a Honours degree in Psychology specializing in Research.

 I am a dedicated and compassionate counselor. My aim is to empower individuals to overcome their challenges and strive towards personal growth in a safe and non-judgmental environment where self-exploration is encouraged, and clients can express themselves. Well versed in a variety of person-centered approaches, I am dedicated to nurturing positive change and mental well -being.

 Our counselling is a collaborative and confidential process that is tailored to each individual’s needs, I am here to support and guide and you are in control of your own journey and its pace.
