Hello and welcome! Im Aneeqah, and I have the privilage of offering you my counselling services. I have a deep interest in relationships and holistic wellness. I believe that through connection, we all have the ability to thrive, and counselling is great way to help us achieve that! What I offer is a safe, non-Judgemental space, within which we are able to process thoughts, feelings and experiences. We will endeavour to understand ourselves better, and by doing so learn to bask in the sunshine, and dance in the rain!
