I’m Yusra , a dedicated and compassionate online counsellor ready to support you on your journey to well-being. I have an Honours degree in Psychology and am training to be a specialist wellness counsellor.

I strongly believe in a person centred approach to counselling, tailoring my knowledge to meet your unique needs. I believe that empathy, kindness and no judgement is the basis of counselling and my goal is to create a safe space in which you can explore and grow.
