My name is Mizhanne Lightfoot, I am a mom of 2 beautiful children and my family recently relocated to Portugal. Having personally experienced the feeling of being unheard and misunderstood, I make it my life mission to create a safe space where my clients feel heard, understood, validated, empathy and no judgement.
