I hold an Honours degree (cum Laude) in Community Psychology and am currently pursuing a Master's degree in the same field.

I am deeply passionate about understanding individuals within the context of their environment, culture, and socio-economic background. I believe these factors play a crucial role in shaping both the challenges we face and the strengths we build in life. 

My areas of expertise include anxiety and low mood management, self-development, coping with stress, emotional well-being, and developing healthy interpersonal relationships.
