Tracey Adams

Hi, my name is Tracey.

I obtained both my bachelors and honours in psychology at Wits University and I am currently a counselling intern with Humanitas. I strongly believe in the power of talking and have a passion for people and for helping others. I believe that the first step to solving your problems or to overcoming your struggles is naming them. 

Sometimes it can be difficult to navigate life's difficulties, we may feel stuck and unsure about how to move forward. Sometimes we just want to feel heard and understood. The counselling process can be a useful way to name our struggles, find our feet, to process how we feel, and to heal. I strive to create a safe, comfortable, and open enviroment to enable you to feel, learn, heal, cope and grow. I am excited to join you on your journey.
