Cindy Roos

Hi! My name is Cindy Roos.

I am a wellness counsellor (intern) completing the Humanitas counselling course. I will be available to anyone in need of the tools and information necessary to prioritise their health and wellbeing.

My goal is to provide a safe and comfortable environment for anyone who wishes to share their journey and receive input and guidance. This is a no judgement zone and I will try my best to deliver a secure setting.

If you need someone to just listen, I am able to do that too!

A little bit about me:

I am 24 years old. I completed my undergraduate degree in psychology at Stellenbosch University and am looking forward to taking the next step towards honours soon.

All in all, I have a passion for nature, animals and most importantly helping others!
