I believe in a client-centred approach that prioritizes the unique needs and experiences of everyone. My practice is grounded in empathy, active listening, and a non-judgmental attitude I hold a BA. in Psychological Counselling from UNISA. My passion for counselling stems from a deep desire to help others find clarity, resilience, and joy in their lives. Witnessing the positive changes in my client's lives is the most rewarding aspect of my career, and I am honoured to be a part of their journey towards self-discovery. I am a compassionate listener, willing to offer a shoulder to lean on. Through the trials I've faced, I learned that while I alone had to fix them, the presence of those who listened helped me recognize the strength in the connections we form with empathetic people. I would like to have the chance for those people to speak.
