Hi, my name is Evelyn and I want to help you begin your restoration journey. I am an advocate of healing, self-care and the belief that it all starts with ourselves. As humans, we are endowed with the ability to self-regulate and reconnect with ourselves by making an effort and actively engaging in finding meaning in our lives.

Working with people is my passion. I strive to create a safe environment for you to share your thoughts, while offering you the utmost respect and unconditional positive regard. As a BA Honours graduate in Psychology, Wellness Counselling intern and mother of two young boys, I strive to provide a nurturing and non-judgmental space for you and maintain that space through empathy and compassion for you.

I know it has taken a lot of courage for you to reach out to me, and I admire your tenacity to consciously seek counselling to begin your journey of self-development and transformation. I will use my counselling skills and person-centred approach to help you unleash your inner potential, become the best version of yourself and reclaim your power on your journey to restoration.
