Hello! I'm Julia, a counselling intern at Humanitas. My passion lies in actively listening to people's unique stories and empowering them on their personal journeys.

My academic pathway includes completing a BA in Social Dynamics at Stellenbosch University and a Bachelor in Psychology Honours at SACAP. I ensure a safe, judgment-free space, where clients can openly explore their struggles, concerns, life difficulties, and trauma.

Through a person-centered approach, I support and guide individuals as they navigate through life's complexities.
