Warmest greetings. My name is Katlego and I am excited that you have reached Vita Nova, the platform that has touched so many lives. I have a Bachelor of Social Science Honours in Psychology and I cannot wait to start this amazing journey of counselling with you.

My favourite quote in counselling is " understanding why people suffer, how they change and how to assist them live more satisfying and gratifying lives is a fascinating, huge and important undertaking" Flangaan, 2015. This quote illustrates the main reasons for my passion in psychology to hold the space for others through letting them realise that they are seen, heard , understood and that their lives truly matter through person centred approach. 

In a world that pressures perfection, counselling allows clients normalise and understand that it is okay not to be okay followed by equipping the client with counselling tools and psycho education to overcome the battles and challenges of life. 

It will be a great honour to leave a positive mark in your life through counselling as that is my passion, to spread positivity and hope and showing humanity to others. YOU MATTER.
