I am a registered ASCHP Specialist Wellness Counsellor (SWC24/6022). I have a Bachelor's and Honours Degree in Psychology from The South African College of Applied Psychology. I'm passionate about creating a safe space for individuals seeking support and understanding. I use a person centered approach, in which I aim to ensure the person feels acknowledged and valued. My goal is to provide an empathetic approach in which you can freely explore your thoughts, feelings and goals.
