Maseeha Gani

Hi, I’m Maseeha! 

I completed my honours degree in Psychology in 2015 through UNISA. I also have my honours in Education Management. 

I currently work as an online teacher and supervisor. I am absolutely passionate about helping people grow, heal and reach their full potential through their own counselling process.

I have two little ones under the age of three and for this specific reason I love to work with parents as well as children of all ages! There are always challenges that come up with regards to raising our children and doing the best we absolutely can for them. I also have experience with infertility and am able to provide support in this regard. 

Some of my strengths include being able to make my client feel comfortable in a respectful and safe space as well as empathising and connecting with them on a deeper level. I have personally experienced many traumas myself, and I am able to assist with trauma counselling, divorce, as well as loss and grief. 

In my opinion, no matter who you are or what you are going through - everyone needs someone to talk to, and someone to “hold the space” for them. The experience itself is tremendously beneficial in more ways than one and can only enable you with professional guidance to reach your own realisations and improve your quality of life. Emotional well-being is just as important to us as breathing is!
