Hello, my name is Mbalenhle. I am a Specialist Wellness Counsellor,registered with the Association for Supportive Counsellors and Holistic Practitioners(ASCHP).Enhancing indioviduals mental and generakl wellbeing is an aspect i am passionate about.I am a certified Counsellor and have an honours degree in Psychology.

My goal is to help anyone who is struggling with the challenges of everyday life, emotional stress and uncertainty, who wants to start living a full and empowered life and become the best version of themselves.
