I am a compassionate and dedicated counsellor who adheres to the person-centered approach. My primary goal is to empower individuals to unlock their full potential by providing support, guidance, and assistance. I believe in the inherent worth and capacity for growth within each person, fostering a non-judgmental and empathetic environment.
In my counseling sessions, I prioritize creating a safe space where individuals feel heard, understood, and respected. I recognize the importance of acknowledging and valuing each client's unique experiences, perspectives, and emotions.
My role involves actively listening and guidance for you to explore your thoughts and feelings and collaboratively working toward self-discovery and personal development. I may utilize various therapeutic techniques and interventions tailored to each individual's needs and goals while maintaining a deep respect for autonomy and self-determination.
"People are just as wonderful as sunsets if you let them be. When I look at a sunset, I don't find myself saying, 'Soften the orange a bit on the right-hand corner.' I don't try to control a sunset. I watch with awe as it unfolds." - Carl Rodgers.
