Melandri Launspach

Hello and welcome. My name is Melandri Launspach. I commend you on starting (or continuing) your journey with your mental health. I know this can be very difficult and scary, but this could be your first step into healing, learning and growing as a person. A little about me, I strongly believe in the self empowerment of individuals through providing a safe space where we can be ourselves and learn about and from ourselves. You have what it takes to not just survive but live and I am here to create an environment where this can take place. I believe that you know yourself best, and that, as an objective person, I could provide objective views, a listening ear or just a judgement free space for you to talk. What ever you are experiencing, feeling or thinking is valid and you deserve a space to express yourself. I completed my undergraduate and honours in psychology and I am in the process of becoming a counsellor. I have a passion for working with people and providing support, be the situation big or small. Both of us are travelers in this world, so let’s talk about this journey.
