Mignon Du Plessis

Hi there, my name is Mignon du Plessis.

I recently graduated with my BA in Psychology at the University of Pretoria. My plan to gain some work expereince in the field before applying for my Honours.

I believe that it is important that everyone has access to mental health services that targets their unique mental health needs. Driven by a passion for helping others, my goal is to make this a reality for you by bringing forth a sense of open minded understanding and empathy during our sessions.

I guarantee to provide a safe environment where you feel comfortable and seen, even in your most vulnerable moments, by approaching you with the utmost equality, respect, and unconditional positive regard. No obstacle is too big to overcome. Whether you simply require someone to discuss daily challenges with or are in need of more extensive guidance regarding a crisis, I'm proud of you for taking the first step.
