As a psychology graduate, I share a deep passion for counselling and helping others through difficulties. I don't really have many interesting talents, but I've always loved listening, whether it's a friend, a stranger, or a family member. As people, we all have the need to feel heard and understood. My goal and hope is to provide a safe, compassionate, non-judgemental space where clients can feel heard, accepted, and empowered to work through the various challenges they face throughout their lives. As your counsellor, I will meet you where you are at, whether it's in a dark place or a happy one, and accompany you on your journey to finding peace. 

I firmly believe in acting towards others with empathy, compassion, and respect, which is why I believe the person-centred approach is effective in counselling.

Some of my interests in this field include individual counselling, trauma counselling, emotional regulation, and loss and grief counselling.
