Nicole Young

I am a South-African-born, divorced, mother of two teenagers. I earned my qualifications in teaching and worked in SA before moving to the UK for 12 years. Following a 23-year career in education, I embarked on a new journey and followed my passion, completing an MSc in Psychology (BPP University). My work is naturally interactive and organically collaborative. I believe in adapting to individual needs, anchored in self-reflection and goals, which I support while working towards personal growth and development. I seek to assist with designing an ongoing, maintained sense of well-being, with an assembled “toolkit” to trust and rely on when challenges arise. My role is to facilitate perspective shifts that may lead to informed, self-guided decision-making and personal growth. I work to create a safe, non-judgmental, and empathetic space, that will allow individuals to explore the impact of one’s “self” and corresponding significant relationships.
