Stephanie Johnston

My name is Stephanie Johnston. I am passionate about assisting and encouraging individuals to live the best life possible and grow into the best version of themselves. Conflict within oneself is a possibility for each and every individual in this world but with a different perspective we will not only be able to survive but thrive despite the conflict acting upon us.

I completed a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioural Sciences with Psychology and Sociology in 2021 followed by a Bachelor of Health Sciences Honours in Psychology in 2022 at North-West University. I enjoy working with individuals in a truly empathetic way in order to gain a true understanding of the individual and their life story. When there is an environment of true understanding there is the possibility of growth.
