Onica Sun

My name is Onica Sun.

I am a specialist wellness counsellor in private practice registered with ASCHP. I am also a Campus counsellor for Humanitas Training. I am a wife and a mother to two boys and hold an honours degree in Psychology.

My aim is to provide a professional support service that empowers individuals to overcome their personal challenges.

My approach to counseling is person- centred and goal- directed creating a safe space for self- exploration and supporting your unique needs.

My passion lies in supporting and empowering teenagers and young adults to thrive by exploring ways to manage difficult emotions, building self- esteem, improving communication and building healthy relationships.

I am fluent in Setswana, Sepedi and English. I have experience offering teenagers, individuals, couples counselling,trauma support, anger and anxiety management and grief counselling.
